1. Booking Process

1.1 How to Book
Bookings may be made through our website, email, social media platforms, WhatsApp, or telephone.

1.2 Day Trips
Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation. Bookings should be made at least 72 hours in advance. Same-day requests are subject to availability and logistics.

1.3 Multi-Day Packages

• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at least 60 days prior to the tour start date to secure your spot.
• The remaining 50% balance must be received no later than 30 days before departure.
• Bookings made within 30 days of the start date require full payment at the time of booking.

1.4 Booking Confirmation
Upon receipt of payment, you will receive:

• Official Booking Confirmation
• Detailed Itinerary Summary
• Recommended Packing List
• Tour Contact Information
• Customer Waiver and Release of Liability Form (must be signed before tour commencement)

1.5 Late Payment
Failure to remit the balance payment within the specified timeframe may result in automatic cancellation of your booking and forfeiture of all deposits paid.

2. Payment Terms

2.1 Accepted Payment Methods

• Bank Transfers (Domestic and International)
• Cash Payments (GYD/USD)
• Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard)
• Secure Online Payment Portal
• Mobile Money (for local clients only)

2.2 Currency & Fees
All prices are quoted in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Bank charges, wire transfer fees, and processing fees are the responsibility of the client.

2.3 Group Bookings
For groups of five (5) or more participants, staged deposits may be arranged, with the full balance due prior to departure.

3. Amendments to Bookings

3.1 Changes by Client

• Day Trips: Requests to reschedule or amend must be made at least 72 hours before the scheduled tour.
• Multi-Day Packages: Changes can be made up to 20 days before departure, subject to availability and supplier confirmation.

3.2 Changes by Nature Travel GY
Minor adjustments to itineraries may occur due to operational or safety reasons. Equivalent alternatives will be offered whenever possible.

4. Confirmation and Documentation

4.1 All confirmed clients must present proof of booking confirmation (digital or printed) upon check-in or assembly.

4.2 Each participant is required to sign the Customer Waiver and Release of Liability Form before the tour begins.

4.3 Final tour details, including assembly time and pick-up location, will be issued 24 hours prior to departure.

5. Important Booking Notes

• Tours operate rain or shine, unless severe weather makes it unsafe.
• Please inform us of any medical conditions or dietary restrictions at the time of booking.
• Some tours have age or fitness recommendations — contact our team to confirm suitability.
• Bookings are confirmed only after payment has been received.
