Day 1 – Arrival in Georgetown
Welcome to Guyana.
After arriving at Cheddi Jagan International Airport, meet your Nature Travel GY representative and transfer to your accommodation in Georgetown.
Your driver will assist with the journey into the city, allowing you to settle in and prepare for the experiences ahead.

Day 2 – Georgetown Flavours, History and Local Life
Your guide will collect you from your central Georgetown accommodation at approximately 9:00 AM.

Day 3 – Kaieteur Falls Flight and National Park Experience
You will be collected from your Georgetown accommodation at approximately 10:30 AM and transferred to Eugene F. Correia International Airport at Ogle.
Check-in normally begins between 11:30 AM and 12:30 PM. After security screening, passenger weighing and aircraft seating arrangements, board a light aircraft for the approximately 70-minute flight to Kaieteur National Park.
During the flight, enjoy aerial views over Guyana’s vast rainforest and river systems.
Exploring Kaieteur National Park
At the park, follow your guide along forest trails leading to three memorable viewing areas:
- Johnson View
- Boy Scout View
- Rainbow View
Each viewpoint reveals a different perspective of Kaieteur Falls and the surrounding gorge.
Your guide may also help you look for the tiny golden rocket frog, which lives inside giant bromeliads, and the colourful Guianan Cock-of-the-Rock. Sightings depend on natural conditions and cannot be guaranteed.
A light meal is provided before the return flight to Ogle. On arrival, your driver will transfer you back to your Georgetown accommodation.

Kaieteur Flight, Weather and Minimum Passenger Policy
The Kaieteur Falls flight is operated by a local airline and is subject to weather, aircraft availability and operational conditions.
A minimum of approximately 13 passengers may be required for the flight to operate. These passengers do not necessarily all have to book through Nature Travel GY; the minimum may be fulfilled by passengers booked across the flight.
Departure and return times can change at short notice. Travellers should avoid arranging tightly timed activities immediately before or after the Kaieteur experience.
